Mission Statement
Mission Statement
Competitions and performances are often considered stepping stones for dancers
working toward educational and career goals. Students who possess drive, discipline
and determination to be the best that they can be rely on competitions to
improve their skills both technically and artistically. Exposure to competition
directors can help open doors to scholarships and employment opportunities
for talented competitors.
The Performing Company at STEPS is set up solely for education and FUN purposes.

It is an honor and privilege to be a part of STEPS Performing Company. Every member is expected to give 100% of themselves and to show support for each other. We will not tolerate negative attitude from student or parents. Each member will determine her/his own level of competitiveness and teachers will see that the competition remains healthy. It is important that each member is "happy for", never "jealous of" another team member.
