School Information

STEPS School of Dance and Performing Arts was founded in 1987.

STEPS School of Dance and Performing Arts accepts registration year round.

STEPS offers a free first lesson to all new students.

STEPS holds Parent Observation weeks twice during the dance season at which time parents, grandparents, and siblings are invited into the classroom to observe the dancers.

STEPS students are asked to follow the Dress Code. You may stop by the front desk for complete information on the Dress Code as well as where to find the items needed or click the link in the yellow box to your right. At the front desk you may also inquire about the "Shoe Swap" as it is an invaluable tool for many parents who wish to swap "too small" shoes for larger sizes.

STEPS students are expected to attend all classes they are registered for; however, should a student miss a class, make-up classes are offered. Please contact the front desk to arrange make up classes. There are no refunds or pro-rates for missed classes.

STEPS is a Brand New 4,000 square foot facility equipped with sprung wood floors covered in Marley flooring; a multipurpose studio for Piano and Voice lessons; homework area for students; and a wonderfully warm and inviting reception area for parents and siblings. Our office staff is on hand at all times to help you ~ customer service is our number one priority!
