Recital

Recital rehearsals will begin in regular classes starting around February/March as dancers learn and refine their routines. There will be one mandatory rehearsal outside of class — our Dress Rehearsal on Saturday, May 16th from 1–5 PM at STEPS. Check-in will begin at 12:30pm. This is the only chance dancers will have to rehearse in full costume, hair, and makeup before the performances the following weekend. Attendance is required.

Dancers Must Arrive In: Full costume and tights (for the first number you perform in) Makeup done Hair done Dance shoes packed in your bag We encourage all dancers to wear a cover-up, like a big t-shirt, etc., over their costume when they arrive to keep it protected. All additional costumes should be in a costume bag, hung on a labeled hanger

Unfortunately, no. Due to the large number of participants and limited space at STEPS, only approved volunteer parents will be permitted to attend the dress rehearsal. Thank you for understanding!
