Recital

Your dancer’s costume will be ordered for you, and the cost is included in your recital registration fee. You will need to purchase the appropriate shoes and tights separately. We highly recommend attending our Shoes & Tights Day on March 28th with The Dance Shoppe, Miss Laura will be at the studio to professionally size your dancer and take orders. Plus, you’ll receive a special discount for ordering that day!

Costumes will be distributed during classes the week of April 6–11. Please double-check your child’s costume at home to ensure all pieces are included and everything fits properly. While we have already fitted each costume, this final check helps ensure nothing is missing before recital time. If any issues arise, please contact the office asap.

No, they are yours to KEEP!

Costumes are designed to look great on stage, not for everyday wear, and may not fit perfectly. Many come in standard sizes (e.g., small, medium, large) or even one-size options. As a result, some alterations by parents may be necessary once costumes are distributed. Once you receive your dancer’s costume, please try it on at home to ensure it fits and all pieces are accounted for. However, we kindly ask that you do not wear the costume before Dress Rehearsal and do not bring it to class. If any issues arise, please contact the office asap. Thank you for your cooperation!
