Policies

Just a few general rules and policies of our studio. More details available in your policy agreements at enrollment.

Payment

Tuition is due on the 1st and considered late on the 6th. A card must be on file for our autopay system.

Studio Closure

STEPS follows Pinellas County School closure schedule and will be closed during all major holidays.  

Makeup

There will be no adjustments or credits for missed classes. Students are eligible to makeup a class at their class placement level. Make-up classes are your sole responsibility. Please reach out with any questions.

Withdrawal

A 30-day notice is mandatory for processing a class drop request. Tuition payments will be expected on the 1st of each month until the drop request takes effect.

For instance, if you aim to discontinue a class before May, kindly submit a withdrawal form by March 31st to prevent being charged for May's tuition.

Dress Code

Dress Code must be adhered to at all times. Warning will be given, after that the dancer may be asked to watch.

Promptness

Students must be on time for class. Dancers arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to sit and watch instead of being allowed to participate in class. 

Communication

ALL communication will be via email. Please be sure your email is up-to-date with the office. If you are not receiving emails on a monthly basis, please reach out to the office.

Behavior

All dancers and parents are expected to maintain a positive and supporting attitude at STEPS. Any misbehavior is subject to removal from class or the studio.
